Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes. You’ll close deals with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments, benefiting from uncapped commissions and top earners nearing six figures.

New hires receive paid training and daily contact with warm prospects via scheduled appointments. A varied schedule includes evenings and weekends; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
