Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white-glove experiences to customers in the home. You will engage customers with hands-on demonstrations, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery, aiming to close sales and keep customers connected to what matters most.

We offer paid training, ongoing coaching, and scheduled appointments to help you succeed in a field role with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Connect with existing customers daily to engage warm prospects effectively.
• Use strong negotiation and communications skills to make the sale and pivot as needed.
