AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white glove experiences directly in customers' homes. Earn uncapped commission with top earners up to $100,000, with new reps earning between $62,900 and $100,000 including salary and commissions.

Starting pay varies by geography, experience, and education. You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T, conducting sales interactions at scheduled appointments, closing deals with hands-on demos and service assessments, and helping customers

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsabilités

• You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you.
• You’ll close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• You’ll connect with our existing customers daily and engage with warm prospects effectively.
