Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear, confident phone communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Consistent attendance and reliability.
• High school diploma or equivalent (insurance experience a plus).

Responsibilities
