Job summary

American Family Insurance Agency Staff is seeking a bilingual customer experience associate to manage phone and digital interactions for new and existing claims. You may assist with low-complexity inventory and coordinate with adjusting lines, while ensuring accurate coverage applications and timely payments.

This role is primarily home-based with a daily commute to one of our offices within 50 miles, including Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer-driven solutions or service.
• Ability to review coverage, assign services, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, and process payments.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Experience handling interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digital channels.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Review and apply coverage, assign services, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, and process payments.
• Plan and organize work, manage time, and service claims and FNOLs.
• Handle interactions via inbound/outbound calls and digital channels.
• Complete FNOL and cross-functional responsibilities across lines of business.
• May maintain a claim inventory and assist the adjusting lines with low-complexity claim inventory.
