Job summary

AFICS American Family Insurance Claims Services, Inc. seeks a bilingual English-Spanish customer service professional to manage phone and digital interactions for new and existing claims. You may maintain a claim inventory and assist with low-complexity inventories, while supporting FNOL and cross‑functional tasks.

Relocation is offered for eligible candidates; most positions are home based with occasional office visits. Competitive hourly compensation reflects location and experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
• Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and applies coverage, assign services, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, and process payments.
• Serves customers via inbound/outbound calls and digital channels, managing FNOL and related tasks.
• Maintains organization and time management to meet schedules and service levels.
• Gathers information to accurately process claims and support business goals.
• Provides exceptional customer service to internal/external customers and partners.
• Uses claim systems and applications to complete tasks with precision.
