Responsibilities

• Reviews coverage, assigns services, interprets estimates and adjuster notes.
• Serves customers via inbound/outbound calls and digital channels.
• Completes FNOL and cross-functional tasks across lines of business.
• Maintains claim inventory and assists with low-complexity inventory when needed.
