Job summary

CreditAssociates in Plano, TX is seeking a talented Bilingual Senior Debt Resolution Advisor (Spanish/English) to help clients resolve debt and graduate to a debt-free life. You will manage client questions, update their program, and deliver a world-class customer experience.

You will be responsible for answering questions, making program changes, and resolving issues, with a focus on first-call resolution and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable and skilled with problem solving and emotional resolution.
• Experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment.
• 1+ year of call center experience helpful, not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus and receives additional compensation.
• Financial services related experience a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction while providing a world class customer experience.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding financial, debt and credit questions.
• Resolve client concerns with program details and first-call resolution.
• Meet call flow requirements and KPI goals.
• Maintain client information in business software and training tools.
• Support and communicate with team members professionally.
• Provide information and counseling to clients in an upbeat manner.
• Motivate clients to graduate from the program to debt freedom.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships to deescalate tension.
