Job summary

Navicore Solutions is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Success Representative to join our remote Customer Service Department. This full-time role handles inbound calls and emails for clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program, delivering compassionate, knowledgeable support to help them achieve financial wellness.

Regular shift is Mon–Fri with training online. The position includes comprehensive benefits and work-from-home flexibility in a nationwide scope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and compassion when assisting clients.
• Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift while using headset to handle phone calls.
• Ability to type 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls from clients; calls typically 5–10 minutes.
• Respond to emails and written inquiries from clients and creditors.
• Provide guidance and solutions regarding debt management program accounts and educate clients on policies and options.
• Work with creditors to secure and maintain payment arrangements.
• Deliver compassionate, professional service while helping clients stay engaged in their financial wellness goals.
