ConServe is hiring a remote Call Center Representative - Debt Counselor to join a driven, goal-oriented team. You will listen, guide consumers toward realistic debt resolutions and document interactions to support ongoing recovery efforts.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment. Growth opportunities and a supportive work culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather information to understand each consumer’s financial situation and recommend resolution.
• Work with consumers to resolve obligations administratively and voluntarily.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals as set by leadership.
• Split time between manual and automated dialer in a fast-paced remote call center.
• Meet monthly recovery targets through effective communication.
• Update consumer information to ensure accuracy and future contact success.
• Locate and connect with consumers or businesses as needed.
• Adhere to PPMS, Code of Conduct and Compliance Program.
• Collect and organize documentation with timely follow-up.
