Job summary

MCI is seeking a motivated Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative to provide excellent customer support in English and Spanish from our Wichita, KS location. This on-site, full-time role involves handling inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and managing account-related requests with empathy and professionalism.

You will document interactions, follow scripts, and participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience using computers for data entry and customer support.
• Ability to type accurately at least 20 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.
