You will research inquiries across multiple systems while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include handling caller requests promptly, building rapport, and assisting with various tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer experience via incoming telephone calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Assume ownership and timely handling of caller requests in a professional manner
• Build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate, respectful, and timely way
• Navigate multiple systems to research, analyze, and resolve inquiries
• Maintain performance and quality standards
• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems while maintaining a positive phone experience
• Learn basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and products
• Collaborate with team members to ensure positive customer experience
• Work 40 hours per week on scheduled shift between 7am-8pm CST, with overtime and weekends as needed
• Assist with special requests and complete additional tasks as assigned
