Responsibilities

• Field inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support via phone, email, and chat
• Maintain ownership of cases from first contact through resolution
• Translate marketing and product content in the other language
• Build relationships with distributors (not just end customers)
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, marketing, and product teams while embodying brand values
