Job summary

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking, tinting, and deliveries as needed, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service across multiple store locations in the Tulsa area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries as needed.
