Responsibilities

• Communicates with agents, stores, or customers by phone or email to provide information and determine escalation to Level 2 CCR.
• Manage emails from ticketing system, open tickets, check requests, and reply to customers.
• Collects information regarding matters or complaints requiring attention.
• Maintains records of all transactions and interactions with customers.
• Decides on the genuineness of complaints and reasons.
• Ensure accurate and efficient information handling of customer requests.
