Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow our presence in Spanish cuisine restaurants in the United States. Based in Chicago, IL, you will use a consultative sales approach to convert inbound demand, generate new opportunities, and build trusted relationships with restaurateurs, delivering a language-inclusive experience in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Spanish is required.
• Prior Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Following up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conducting discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customer’s preferred language.
• Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in your customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape in your market to position Toast.
• Use Spanish to communicate with customers; English for Toast employees.
• Interviews and hiring process are conducted primarily in English.
