Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Solutions Center Representative for a 12+ month contract, primarily remote in the US.

The role supports retirement plans and insurance products, handling inquiries with an emphasis on compliance and customer service excellence. Ideal candidates have at least one year in customer service or call center roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn complex financial products.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, financial services, insurance, banking, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strongcustomer service, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office applications.
• Ability to learn complex product, plan, contractual and regulatory information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from members, plan sponsors and partners.
• Provide accurate information about retirement plans, insurance products, contracts and services.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of current and legacy products requiring servicing.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records per procedures.
• Comply with FINRA requirements, licensing standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to research and resolve escalated issues.
