Staffmark Group is seeking a Chinese bilingual Software Field Service Engineer based in Dallas, TX. The role combines software support, on-site visits, and remote troubleshooting, with home-based work when not in the field.

You will install, configure, and maintain software at customer sites, train users, and coordinate deployments while communicating effectively in Mandarin and English. Travel up to 50% is required.

Formación

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong bilingual communication.
• Experience in software support, IT support, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows environments, including Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS) and basic infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, occasionally on short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for proprietary software via phone, email, and remote troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain software at customer locations.
• Identify and resolve issues involving Windows operating systems, hardware, networks, and software performance.
• Support network setup and integration with customer IT environments.
• Assist with Windows servers and database systems configuration.
• Conduct software training sessions and guide customers on system functionality and best practices.
• Coordinate software deployment, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain records of technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
• Manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Build positive customer relationships and provide professional, reliable technical service.
