Staffmark Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Chinese bilingual Software Field Service Engineer. The role combines remote support with on-site customer visits to provide technical assistance, software implementation, and user training for proprietary software solutions.

You will install, configure, and maintain applications at customer sites, troubleshoot Windows and networking issues, and deliver hands-on training. Fluent Mandarin and English are required, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and English fluency with effective communication
• Experience in software support and IT troubleshooting
• Hands-on Windows environment support (Win10/11, Server)
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS) and basic infra troubleshooting
• Customer-facing software support experience
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or 5+ years related experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for proprietary software via phone, email, and remote troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications at customer locations.
• Identify and resolve issues involving Windows OS, hardware, networks, and performance.
• Support network setup, connectivity, and IT environment integration.
• Assist with Windows server and database configuration/maintenance.
• Conduct software training sessions and guide customers on usage.
• Coordinate software deployment, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and procedures.
• Manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Build positive relationships and deliver professional technical service.
