Bodor Laser USA is seeking an Online Service Support Engineer to join our Schaumburg, IL team. The role starts with structured training (six months if experienced, one year otherwise) and travels across the U.S. for on-site installations, training, and maintenance.

After training, you will provide remote technical support to global customers from Schaumburg. Requirements include a technical Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in customer support or field service, native English, Mandarin fluency, and

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years in customer support or technical service, preferably industrial equipment.
• Native English and bilingual Mandarin.
• Strong troubleshooting and remote support skills.
• Proficient in CRM/ticketing platforms and remote support tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary online contact for U.S. and Canada customers and distributors, handling after-sales technical inquiries via phone.
• Diagnose and resolve product issues through remote troubleshooting with service and engineering teams.
• Provide guidance on spare parts identification and ordering; coordinate with logistics.
