Job summary

Wonder is seeking a bilingual Account Manager for SMBs to support restaurant partners remotely in California with a hybrid in-office requirement. The role focuses on understanding Wonder's products, driving restaurant growth, and delivering top-tier service to diners.

You will manage account inquiries, maintain CRM records, and participate in ongoing training while collaborating across teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 2–4 years in sales or account management.
• Experience selling to restaurant owners is a plus; restaurant background helps.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Grubhub's products, features, and value propositions.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with timely communication and issue handling.
• Assist restaurants in attracting diners, boosting orders, and delivering quality service.
• Conduct regular check-ins, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up actions; participate in training.
• Contribute to team goals and demonstrate willingness to learn and grow.
