Job summary

Wonder is seeking a dynamic Account Manager in Los Angeles, CA to partner with restaurant partners and drive volume. You will manage a portfolio, communicate promptly, and resolve inquiries to ensure top-notch service.

In this hybrid role, you’ll conduct regular check-ins, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities. 2–4 years sales experience, Bachelor’s or equivalent, and strong CRM skills are required; bilingual Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience.
• Experience selling to restaurant owners is a major plus.
• Native-level English required; Spanish preferred in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of Wonder's products and services.
• Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts with timely communication.
• Help restaurants attract new diners and boost order volume.
• Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners for feedback.
• Route inquiries to appropriate departments within turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Seek opportunities to contribute to team goals.
