Job summary

Wonder in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Account Manager to support a portfolio of restaurant partners. You will engage with clients, drive order growth, and ensure top-tier service while collaborating with internal teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales/account management, English fluency, and CRM experience; Spanish is a plus. The position offers a hybrid office model with base salary plus uncapped commission and potential OTE.

Qualifications

  • Must be in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Native-level fluency in English is required.
  • Candidates fluent in Spanish are strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED required.
  • 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience. Restaurant experience is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google products) with ability to learn new software; Salesforce.com or similar CRM a plus.
  • Ability and desire to find solutions for restaurants.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident making outbound dials on the phone.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills; self-starter with bias toward action.

  • Respond to restaurant inquiries and route to appropriate departments within turnaround times.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up tasks.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

What You Bring To The Table
  • Must be in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Native-level fluency in English is required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED required
  • 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience. Experience working with (or selling to) restaurant owners is a major plus. Restaurant experience is also a plus.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role, we offer uncapped commission with a base salary range as outlined below.

California: $70,400- 88,000 ($88,000-$10,000 OTE)

Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
