Job summary

U.S. Bank in Utah seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to be the primary partner for assigned branches and small-business clients with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will build relationships through proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through to deliver tailored financial solutions. The role requires outside prospecting, meeting targets, collaborating with branch teams and centers of influence, and maintaining strong CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
• Bilingual

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
