U.S. Bank seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches and small business clients with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will deepen client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling, translating financial needs into practical banking solutions. Role involves outside prospecting, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver deposits, lending, treasury, and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z; clean criminal and credit record.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Primary SB Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships; provide financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
• Translate financial information, cash-flow dynamics, client goals and risk indicators into practical guidance and solution recommendations.
• Outside prospecting and sales activities to grow revenue; identify client priorities and align products; articulate value and next steps; offer deposits, lending, treasury, payments, and other small-business solutions.
• Develop internal and external relationships; collaborate with branch partners; maintain CRM discipline; ensure handoff, activation, usage, and demonstrated client value.
