U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches and to provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will actively prospect, build client relationships, and work with branch teams to identify needs, articulate the value of banking products, and manage the client lifecycle with disciplined CRM and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Spanish language and English

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million
• Develop new relationships and expand revenue through prospecting and branch collaboration
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with branches, centers of influence, and business-line partners
