Responsibilities

• Develop interventions: collaborate with ARD to create targeted evidence-based therapy plans.
• Provide therapy: deliver therapy or supervise assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress: maintain detailed progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support team: participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
