Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas to evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy for students with communication challenges. You will work with ARD teams to design targeted, evidence-based interventions and monitor progress to ensure access to education.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active Texas licensure, and CCC-SLP certification; bilingual skills are a plus though not required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas licensure to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech-language needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Share findings with parents and district personnel clearly and compassionately.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with ARD committee to support student learning.
• Provide direct therapy or supervise SLPAs to implement IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for services.
