Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Texas. You will evaluate needs, communicate findings to families and district staff, and develop targeted, evidence-based interventions that improve access to education.

You’ll deliver therapy or supervise assistants, monitor progress, and advocate for students in ARD meetings and related discussions. Bilingual proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify needs.
• Share evaluation findings with parents and district personnel.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to develop evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver therapy or supervise assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Maintain detailed progress records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
