Job summary

Sofidel America of North Las Vegas is seeking a Shipping-Office Assistant (SOA) to join our team in a long-term role. You will process outbound paperwork from the warehouse and verify shipping details are scanned and filed in SAP, with attention to procedures and minor decision making.

Responsibilities include checking in drivers, data entry in SAP, coordinating with the Transportation Office, and generating shipping labels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree a plus.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as shipping and receiving admin/clerk or similar position.
• Knowledge of HACCP & OSHA standards.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers, verify info and orders, add to log book, assign a door.
• Data entry into SAP and billing after loading; file paperwork in trailer.
• Communicate with Transportation Office Assistant regarding ETA.
• Prepare shipping labels for small package shipments.
• Coordinate with other departments for deliveries and respond to emails promptly.
