Sofidel America in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Shipping-Office Assistant (SOA) to join our team for a long-term role. The ideal candidate is local, detail-oriented, and organized, with experience handling outbound shipping documentation and workflow across departments.

Responsibilities include processing outbound paperwork, SAP data entry, labeling, and communicating with the Transportation Office Assistant. Benefits include medical coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven experience as shipping and receiving admin/clerk or similar position.
• Knowledge of HACCP & OSHA standards.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Check in drivers, verify info and assign doors.
• Data entry into SAP and bill the order; file paperwork.
• Communicate with Transportation Office Assistant (TOA) with ETAs.
• Prepare shipping labels for all small package shipments.
• Collaborate with other departments outside transportation for deliveries.
