Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Accept shift management duties in the absence of managers.
• Ensure accurate refunds and proper invoicing of all merchandise.
• Complete day-to-day store opening/closing procedures and security tasks.
