O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of store leadership and ensuring daily tasks align with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience desirable.
• Automotive systems knowledge desirable.
• ASE Certification a plus.
• Spanish language ability desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone handling follows company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and store-to-store orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and processing of merchandise and core charges.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and that security procedures are followed.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and follow posted schedules; perform opening/closing duties.
