O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in absence of store leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities include leading the team in customer service excellence for retail and professional customers, managing showroom service levels, handling orders and transfers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience is desirable.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone inquiries are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders timely and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the external ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges politely and refunds with correct payment methods.
