O’Reilly Auto Parts in Woods Cross, UT is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and daily operations, including shift management in their absence.

The role emphasizes leading a team to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, handling phone, buy online/ship to store, returns, invoicing, and daily opening/closing duties. Bilingual and RSS certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc…).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges in an efficient and friendly manner and issue refunds correctly.
• Invoicing of all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker/merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
