Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Bilingual ServiceNow Functional Project Manager (Spanish) to lead enterprise ServiceNow implementations from planning through delivery. The role is remote and requires close collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership across the US and Mexico.

You will translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, and guide Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 3 years of ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
• PMP certification.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Residence in the United States (California) or Mexico City, Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and core modules.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
• ServiceNow ITSM certification preferred.
• CSM/PSM/SAFe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Translate requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and issues.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Oversee UAT, training and change management activities.
• Track KPIs and delivery metrics with regular status reports.
• Coordinate geographically distributed teams.
• Support ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog.
