Jobgether is seeking a remote project leader to drive client-facing technology initiatives in HRIS, payroll, and data integration. You will guide discovery through go-live, collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and external partners to deliver value.

Qualifications

• At least three years of client-facing project management experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms or employee data projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing technology projects for HRIS, payroll, and business application integrations.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from discovery to go-live and stabilization.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and scope changes across multiple engagements.
• Coordinate internal consultants and external stakeholders to deliver on time.
