Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Bilingual ServiceNow Functional Project Manager to lead enterprise ServiceNow implementations from planning through delivery. You will coordinate business and technical stakeholders, manage scope, budgets, and timelines, and guide Agile ceremonies across distributed teams.

The role requires strong English/Spanish communication, PMP certification, and 5+ years in IT project management with 3+ years in ServiceNow. Remote work from the US (CA) or Mexico City is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT project management experience.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
• PMP certification.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal skills.
• Residence in United States (CA) or Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects from planning and execution to deployment.
• Act as liaison between business, technical teams, vendors and leadership.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain delivery backlogs.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and business priorities.
• Track milestones, KPIs, and provide regular status reports.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure requirements are met before deployment.
• Organize training and change management to support adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize workflows.
• Support ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog.
• Coordinate distributed teams and stakeholder expectations.
