Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service BDC, call center, or guest service is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (verbal and written).
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional communicator who follows through.
• Comfortable using scripts to offer appointment options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and chats from service guests.
• Schedule service check-in times and contact guests due for maintenance.
• Go over recommended services, recalls, and timelines with guests.
• Gather guest and vehicle information and set accurate appointments.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or delays.
• Log all communications in our CRM system.
• Assist Spanish-speaking guests with translations as needed.
