Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a capable coordinator to manage customer inquiries and schedule service appointments for our dealership. You will work closely with the service department to ensure customer needs are met promptly and accurately, delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus, with full-time shifts 10:00–19:00 Monday–Friday, and 10:00–16:00

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
