Responsibilities include safety enforcement, WIP management, and change orders, using tools like Salesforce and advanced scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of PM experience on high-volume complex projects.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Experience with federal/state/regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 25-40 active projects or recurring properties.
• Oversee safety, budgeting, WIP, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors; interface with owners and property managers.
