Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a Bilingual Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of 25–40 high-volume multi-family renovation projects and capital expenditures. This field-based role requires independent management, strong scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance, with frequent on-site presence and travel.

You'll coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and owners' representatives, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience on high-volume (multi-site) construction, renovation, capital expenditure, or make-ready projects.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, concrete).
• Experience building and managing subcontractor networks across multiple trades.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, and WIP management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, project scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closeout with scope, schedule, budget, and quality oversight.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 25–40 WIP projects or turnovers across multiple properties.
• Enforce safety programs and compliance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and building codes.
• Forecast budgets, manage WIP backlogs, and process change orders and pay applications.
• Source, onboard, and manage a network of subcontractors across trades.
• Coordinate pre-construction activities, onsite logistics, and inventory where applicable.
• Serve as main client contact, provide status updates, and manage stakeholder meetings.
