Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions in Dallas seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of a 25-40 project portfolio, including renovations, turnover, and capital expenditures with strict regulatory compliance.

The role directs internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders, managing schedules, budgets, safety, and change orders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience managing high-volume (multi-site) complex construction, renovation, capital expenditure, or make-ready projects.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, concrete, and related disciplines.
• Experience building and managing subcontractor networks across multiple trades.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, estimating, scheduling, and WIP management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, project scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the execution of complex projects—from initiation to closeout using advanced tools to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Portfolio & Scale Management: Manage a high-volume active portfolio, 25-40 WIP projects or turnovers across recurring properties.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and building codes.
• Financial & WIP Oversight: Manage WIP, budgets, forecasts, and progress payments; document RFIs and pay apps.
• Subcontractor & Resource Management: Source, onboard, train, and manage subcontractors across multiple trades.
• On-Site Execution & Logistics: Coordinate pre-construction walks, risk trackers, and inventory management as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as primary contact for clients and inspectors; provide status updates and address concerns.
