Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience managing high-volume (multi-site) complex construction, renovation, capital expenditure, or make-ready projects.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through closeout.
• Knowledge of construction methods and trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, concrete.
• Experience building and managing subcontractor networks across multiple trades.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, project scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the execution of complex projects—from initiation to closeout using advanced tools to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Portfolio & Scale Management: Manage a high-volume active portfolio, which can include 25-40 WIP projects or continuous unit turnovers across recurring contractual properties.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety programs, conduct job hazard analyses, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and local/state/national building codes.
• Financial & WIP Oversight: Manage WIP backlogs, budgets, forecasts, and progress payments. Collaborate with sales teams to execute accurate gross profit estimates, identify change order opportunities, and administer formal documentation (RFIs, pay applications, REAs).
• Subcontractor & Resource Management: Source, onboard, train, and manage an independent subcontractor network across multiple trades.
• On-Site Execution & Logistics: Coordinate pre-construction and unit walks, develop detailed risk trackers, and oversee inventory, materials ordering, and parts kitting.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, contracting officers, inspectors, and owners; deliver status updates and address concerns.
