Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement, and evaluate Social Services programs that meet the psycho-social needs of residents. You will assess residents, maintain records, and link them to services to help them live independently within the community.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $25.00–$27.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of case management experience required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, health, psychological and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA & privacy standards.
• Collaborate with community team members to support residents.
