Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement and evaluate social services for our residents, helping them live independently in the community. The role involves assessments, record-keeping, and ensuring residents access the services they need.

You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, in Levittown, PA, with a pay range of $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of case management experience.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field (gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy).
• Bilingual English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs based on admission social services history, health, psychological and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Maintain resident records and ensure privacy in line with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with community team members to support resident independence.
