Job summary

HumanGood in Ambler, PA is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator who is passionate, organized, and compassionate toward residents. You will organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program to meet psycho-social needs and help residents maintain independence in the community.

This full-time role works Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $25.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting
• A Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, resident’s health, psychological and social needs
• Promote a positive living experience for our residents
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & all other privacy standards
• Promote a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members
