HumanGood is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator in Media, PA to organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program for residents, assess needs, maintain records, and connect residents with supportive services to help them live independently in the community.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $25–$27 per hour, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of case management experience required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual – English/Mandarin.
• Social Services certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess resident needs based on admission history, health, and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support residents.
