HumanGood invites you to join our Resident Services team as a full-time Resident Services Coordinator. You will organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program to meet the psycho-social needs of residents and help them maintain independence in the community. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Pay range is $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization await.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree required in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy.
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin
• Social Services certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Assess resident needs based on admission social services history, health, psychological and social needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and all other privacy standards.
• Promote a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members
