Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement, and evaluate the Social Services program, meeting psycho-social needs and helping residents live independently in the community.

Schedule is FULL-TIME (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). Pay ranges from $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience. A Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is required, with 1+ year in case management and 2+ years in social services; bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in case management is required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy is required.
• Bilingual - English/Mandarin is preferred.
• Social Services certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs based on admission social services history, health, and psychosocial needs.
• Promote a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with community team members to promote a positive work environment.
